Redesign the full booking flow for web and mobile—including flight selection, seat picking, add-ons, and user profiles—to create a streamlined, functional, and conversion-friendly experience.

The client requested minimal color and high functionality, prioritizing simplicity above all else. I led UI design across the booking ecosystem with a focus on ADA compliance and upsell optimization. Within the profile experience, we also developed an entirely new concept called Pool—a shared wallet that allowed groups to contribute funds toward trip add-ons like seat upgrades and checked bags. This concept required close collaboration with the strategy team to create something both intuitive and scalable.

The Result:
A frictionless, accessible booking flow and a fresh new feature that encouraged group engagement and incremental revenue. Early feedback showed improved customer satisfaction and increased conversion through a clearer, more user-friendly experience.
